Ingredients:

1 kg of Chicken Nibblets

1/4 Cup of Yiah Honey Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tablespoons of Yiah Texas BBQ Meat Rub

What to do:

Whisk together the Yiah Honey Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar and the Yiah Texas BBQ Meat Rub. Put the nibblets into a large snap lock bag and pour the mixture over the top. Seal the bag and pop into the fridge to marinate for a few hours before cooking. Preheat the oven to 180 C and cook for approx 45 – 50  minutes, turning half way through cooking. Get in quick as these will be gone in minutes!
