Thai Roasted Pumpkin Fiesta Dip

 Doing a little experimenting with our NEW Pumpkin Fiesta Dip Mix! Absolutely LOVE the flavours!

Here is what you will need to make this flavoursome homemade dip at home >>

3/4 Cup of Roasted Pumpkin (I have used Kent, roast with the skin on and remove once cooked)

3/4 Cup of Low Fat Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon of Yiah Pumpkin Fiesta Dip Mix

1 Teaspoon of  Yiah Thai Satay Spice Blend

1 Tablespoon of Yiah Mediterranean Dukkah (Optional)

What to do>>

Dice your Pumpkin and roast at 180 C until tender. I roast with a little Yiah Garlic Infused EVOO and Murray River Sea Salt flakes.

Remove the skin and mash until smooth.

Add the Pumpkin Fiesta Dip Mix, Thai Satay Spice Blend and Sour Cream. Mix until well combined.

Let the flavours infuse for half an hour and sprinkle with the Mediterranean Dukkah.

Serve with your favourite crackers, homemade tortilla shards or veggie stick of choice!

Delicious and healthy homemade dip!
Ingredients
