Tiramisu Cheesecake

This crazy Cheesecake recipe was shared in our Consultants group and I just had to try it out of curiosity! Not a fan of microwave cooking but who can resist a dessert in 4 minutes! No idea who to thank or credit for the original recipe but here is the pic that was posted… I’ll post the recipe I used below .

I neglected to tell the man of the house the ingredients as he doesn’t eat yoghurt.. He loved it! Think I’ll keep that little secret to myself..

I’ve used 125 grams of Arnotts Yo Yo Biscuits and 125 grams of Arnotts Chocolate Biscuits crushed as the base. How the base stays together without butter to bind I guess is a mystery!

Fold together 1 kg of Natural or Greek Yoghurt with a tin of Condensed Milk and

4 Tablespoons of Yiah Tiramisu Chocolate Powder with a spatula until  smooth.

Pour into the biscuit base and microwave for 4 minutes. Place into the fridge to set.
