Tomato & Herb Chutney

1 kg Roma Tomatoes diced

1 Red Capsicum Diced

1 Onions Diced

1 1/2 Cups of Sugar

1 Cup of White Vinegar

1/2 Cup of YIAH Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbs of YIAH Tomato & Herb Dip Mix

1 Tbs of YIAH Herb & Garlic Dip Mix

2 Teas of YIAH Porcini Specialty Salt

Throw everything into as heavy based saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until soft and reduced. Try it warm on Camembert or on Emperors Garden Zucchini Slice.. DELICIOUS!
