Yum yum yum!!!!! SO EASY!!
500 grams of Chicken Breast
1 Tablespoon of YIAH Thai Green Curry Dip Mix
Splash of YIAH Thai Inspired Olive Oil
2 Cans of Coconut Cream
Dice the Chicken, add the Dip Mix and Olive Oil and toss to coat. Let it infuse for as long as you have time for. Brown the Chicken and set aside. (Brown only, don’t let it cook through) Add the coconut milk to the pan and bring to the boil. Stir and let it simmer until thickened. Add the Chicken to your sauce to finish cooking. Serve with Steamed Rice.. YIAH YUM!!!!!
