Yummo! Peri Peri Chicken, Grilled Mushrooms & Salad..
200 Grams of Chicken Breast
2 Mushrooms Sliced
1 Teaspoon of YIAH Peri Peri Spice Blend
YIAH Honey Balsamic Vinegar
Sprinkle the Chicken with Peri Peri. Heat a non stick frypan, sauté the mushrooms until golden. Grill the Chicken on one side for approx a minute and then turn over and repeat on the other side to give it that golden colour. Reduce the heat, put the lid on your pan and cook for approx 8 mins or until cooked through. Let it rest before slicing. Serve with your favourite salad drizzled with Honey Balsamic Vinegar.
