Here’s my healthy lunch today! Love flavoured tuna and always making my own!
2 Teaspoons of YIAH West Coast Fish Rub with Lemon Myrtle
2 Tablespoons of whole Egg Mayo
185 Grams of Tuna in Springwater
Splash of fresh lemon juice
Simply mix it all together and let it infuse for 10 mins (longer if you can)
I am having on Cruskits but I’m planning on using it in sushi!
