The flavours in these Fajita’s were amazing!
4 Teaspoons of YIAH Fajita Spice
1 Tablespoon of YIAH Wild Lime Infused Olive Oil
200 Grams of Lean thinly Sliced Beef (I have used Kangaroo Fillet)
1 Small Zucchini Sliced
1 Carrot Peeled and Sliced
1 Small White Onion Sliced
1/4 Red Capsicum Sliced
4 Mushrooms Sliced
Heat a non stick pan and add half of the Wild Lime Oil. Saute the veggies until tender and set aside. Add the Beef and spices and brown on each side. Stir through the veggies ans serve in a Mountain Bread Wrap with low fat Sour Cream and Low fat grated cheese.
