Healthy Low Carb Lasagna!

So…sticking with my LCHF way of eating I decided to make a healthy Lasagna! I’ve made a herb and garlic zucchini pizza base in place of using pasta sheets and a cheesy cauliflower alfredo sauce in place of bechamel sauce..

RECIPE: Herb & Garlic Zucchini Pizza Base

RECIPE: Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

Layer the zucchini pizza with  your favourite Bolognese sauce and Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce.

Top with tasty grated  cheese and bake for approx 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180c
