Herb & Garlic Zucchini Pizza Base

This Zucchini Pizza Base is amazing for #lchf Pizza! You can also make it thinner and use in lasagna in place of pasta sheets!

2 Free Range eggs

1 large Zucchini grated

50 grams of Colby Cheese grated

2 tablespoons of YIAH Herb & Garlic Dip Mix

*If you don’t use YIAH Products replace with your favourite mix of dried herbs

Mix all of the ingredients and spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for approx 25 minutes
