Spaghetti Putanesca loaded with Mushrooms, Capers and Olives

This mouth watering Pasta Dish is very easy to throw together! Saute garlic, onion, mushrooms and chopped anchovies in olive oil. Add 1/2 cup  of red wine and cook off the alcohol.  Add fresh tomato sauce or a jar of passata and about a tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce.  Add the capers and olives , reduce sauce then add cooked egg spaghetti . We have homemade meatballs in ours also for the meat eater in the family! Make this dish with your favourite meatballs!
