Turkey Meatballs with Korma Curry Cabbage Stirfry

Easy, Delicious and great for anyone on my Gut Health Program!

Start by cooking your Turkey Meatballs

For the Stirfry :

100 grams of finely sliced cabbage

50 grams of roasted capsium

50 grams of julienne carrot

50 grams of fresh beans

2 teaspoons of Korma Curry Spice Blend 

What to do :

Heat a non stick fry pan. Add the cabbage, capsicum, carrot and spice blend and saute until almost tender. TIP.. Add a splash of water and pop on the lid!

Add the roasted capsicum and stir to combine.

How easy is that!
